Lean Implementation
We are experienced practitioners in the implementation of Lean process improvement in an all areas of an organisation. Whether it is in on the shop floor or offices, we know how to work with organisations to gain the benefits that Lean implementation can deliver. In our approach we use tools & techniques that include Value Stream Mapping, Waste Identification, 5S, Kaizen Blitz, Visual Factory, Pull Mechanisms, Single Piece Flow, Line Balancing, Self Directed Work Teams  and Standardised Working.

Aerospace
We offer a comprehensive service to the Civil and Military Aviation industry in the area of improved operational performance. Our projects include working for OEM's, Suppliers, Airlines and Maintenance Repair & Overhaul companies.
 
The scope of our activities means that we can start with a client and using our extensive Aviation database we can benchmark your organisation in most areas of operation excellence. We can then work together to agree your stretch operational targets and develop a way forward.
 
Aerospace is a global industry and we know how to mange that aspect. Our team have worked internationally on projects that have included operational strategy, make vs buy (off shoring) factory layout, hangar design, material handling, process redesign, and equipment specification and procurement.
 
We have particular experience of implementing Lean in both the aerospace manufacturing and the maintenance, repair and overhaul environments.

Change Management
